Lubrication cellars
Prefabricated EKOTEK lubrication cellars were originally included in the range for car, truck, forklift, etc. maintenance purposes.
However, these rectangular cellars are increasingly being used not just as lubrication cellars but also as water or sludge buffer tank, , pressure wash area, storage and waste water processing area or process technology housing. These cellars or basins are ready made units with traditional reinforcement in self-compacting concrete. The use of this technology makes the walls extremely smooth and dense and the elements perfectly waterproof.
The cover plate is available in 3 versions: supplied loose, fixed mounted in belt + locked or flexible, with/without manholes. Floor slabs are available in thicknesses of 12, 15 or 20 cm, the walls in thicknesses of 12, 16 and 20 cm and the cover plate in thicknesses of 12, 15 en 20 cm, creating an infinite number of different options. Access openings can be provided in different shapes and sizes. Connections for the various applications are poured in at the required locations during production.
Internal walls, floors and even the inside of the cover can be equipped with a liner to provide protection from corrosive chemicals.
